Spirit Trail

This is the view from the top of the Spirit Trail.


This is the hot springs as seen from the top of the Spirit Trail. You can't go in these
pools because they are too hot. They have a free State Mineral Bath that was a treaty
requirement with the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Indian tribes made
112 years ago for free use of the hot mineral waters flowing from the springs in
Thermopollis. Pools are filled with 100% mineral water.
